LLC Agrotech-Garantia (Limited Liability Company) was founded on September 27, 2001. Currently, the company cultivates land in three districts of the Poltava region which was issued through leases. This is the territory of ten village and settlement councils where Agrotech-Garantia renting 19000 ha. of fertile black soil from 4500 landowners (land shares). Agrotech-Garantia is registered in the village of Komyshnia, where the main base is located. There are tractor and automobile fleets, central vegetable storage and electro-technical agriculture.
The main activity of the company is the cultivation and sale of grain, industrial, oilseed, leguminous crops, and since, 2010 also vegetables.
The company has built grain elevator to store the harvested products. It`s a grain storage elevator with a total capacity of up 150,000 tons located in Myrhorod. In 2010, a modern vegetable storage facility with a capacity of 12,000 tons was put into operation in Komyshnia, built according to European standards.
The company owns a large fleet of high-efficiency and high-productivity machinery. The tractor fleet includes over 30 tractors, which allow for the use of wide-coverage soil processing equipment, enabling rapid soil preparation. Modern sprayers provide the possibility for effective control of weeds and pests. Some part of the tractor fleet is used for applying mineral fertilizers, transportation grain bind during harvest, and other auxiliary tasks. For harvesting, the company uses 10 powerful imported CASE combines. The fleet consists of over 100 vehicles, primarily 24 truck trains used for transporting crops.
By implementing advanced global soil cultivation technologies and improving soil fertility, Agrotech-Garantia LLC increases the yield of agricultural crops year after year. The company employs 450 people year-round and hires about 100 temporary workers for seasonal fieldwork.
The company has no outstanding tax debts or other mandatory payments and fulfills lease agreements on time. Agrotech-Garantia LLC is actively involved in charitable work.
Since 2007, we have launched a training program for our company from among schoolchildren from the villages where we operate. The essence of the program is to send the best students, who wish to dedicate themselves to agriculture, to higher educational institutions at the company’s expense, with subsequent employment at our enterprise.
Key areas of our charitable work include assisting schools with repairs, purchasing computer equipment and furniture, musical instruments, subscriptions to periodicals, supporting preschool institutions, medical facilities, local government bodies, honoring WWII veterans and retirees.
To ensure the functioning of villages during the winter, tractors are allocated for snow clearing with the necessary equipment and fuel reserves.
Every year the organization increases its technical and productive capacity owing to the clarity, operational and coordinated work of agronomic and engineering services, the legal department, accounting, marketing and the professionalism of all employees of the company. We have established a clear cyclical system for the company’s operations: soil cultivation and testing, fertilizer application, weed and pest control, harvesting, and selling the cultivated products both on the domestic market and for export.
