As it expanded its potential, Agrotech-Garantia LLC faced the challenge of storing harvested crops. To save financial resources and prevent losses, in 2007, the company built an elevator for the reception, cleaning, drying, and storage of grain, oilseeds, and leguminous crops.
The elevator was constructed using global technologies, designs, and mechanisms and was put into operation within a few months. It is located on the outskirts of Myrhorod, with convenient access roads for both vehicles and railways, facilitating efficient and uninterrupted unloading and loading of products. It is now one of the largest grain terminals in its region, providing reception, drying, cleaning, laboratory analysis, and storage of grain.
Currently, the elevator can accept up to 150,000 tons of grain. Cleaning is performed on BUHLER TAS 204A-4 separator, with a capacity of 160 tons per hour, while the MEGA TC 420 drying units can dry 3,000 planned tons of corn per day. Grain is stored in facilities from CHIEF Industries, holding 5,000 and 7,000 tons, as well as in facilities from KMZ Industries, holding 10,000 tons. The laboratory conducts analysis of the received grain at the stages of reception, processing, and dispatch.
The elevator uses the most modern, advanced, and safe working methods that prevent waste emissions into the environment, supporting the ecological cleanliness of the resort city of Myrhorod and its surroundings.
About one hundred professionals and specialists are employed at the elevator. Currently, the elevator is increasing its potential while also enhancing the speed of grain reception.
